Jerry (Don "Red" Barry) and Tommy (John James) join their father, Tom (Robert E. Homans), as he returns to the Colorado mining town where he used to be the marshal. There, they encounter a gang intent on driving out the honest miners and seizing their claims. When Uriah Martin (Joel Friedkin), a villainous banker, plots to swindle and murder Tom, the brothers try to break up the gang, but family secrets are revealed that threaten to drive them apart.
