Dan C Absolutely abysmal movie. No coherence, awful acting, and stupid people making the dumbest decisions in the face of an infectious outbreak. I mean zombies are showing themselves to the characters and their reactions are meh. This is supposed to happen over a few days in a Michigan town. One minute it is sunny and foliage is lush and green and then two minutes later some characters are running through snow. In another scene, there is this older lady saying, 'There is something wrong. I can feel it.' after seeing her mutated husband wretching and oozing on the bedroom floor while she sits on the bathroom floor. The son shows up and asks his mom if anything is wrong. Did he not just step over the growing mushroom man on the bedroom floor? If nothing else, this ridiculously acted, crappy flick will go down as one of the worst movies ever made. I think that the concept might have been good, but everything else choked on all cylinders. You may watch the first 20 minutes and think "It's going to get better". It definitely doesn't. Save yourself the time and energy by finding something else to watch, as the (lack of) dialogue, acting, and everything else was absolutely abysmal, as was the fart in a wind tunnel of a "conclusion" when all was said and done. Skip it.
