Divorced, unemployed journalist Fredrik (Jonas Inde) always looks forward to his weekly hockey game with his pals at the local recreation center. When they lose their weekly time slot, Fredrik and his friends decide on a whim to form an all-male synchronized swimming team. Although it's originally a lark, the men discover an unexpected commitment to their new passion, helped by Fredrik's teenage daughter, Sara (Amanda Davin), an accomplished swimmer who reluctantly becomes the team's coach.
