Steve D There is a good reason only Ginger is remembered from this cast. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 05/04/23 Full Review ashley h Tip Off is solid film. It is about aboxer and his girl who try to dissuade their friend from getting involved with a Mafioso's gal. Robert Armstrong and Ginger Rogers give excellent performances. The script is good but a little slow in places. Albert Rogell did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and romance. Tip Off is a must see.
