Perhaps why The Tunnel is so effective is because it takes on a real world issue, crafting an interesting plot within that familiar story constructed as a news exposé.

Dreadful, terribly, terribly dreadful. Turned off after falling asleeep twice in the first twenty minutes and thinking it had been on for much longer. All it looked like was people talking to the camera and then very bad dark found footage.

A interesting Australian found footage film, the creature was nightmare fuel and by far the best part. It was hard to take Luke Arnold seriously because I'd only ever seen him in the series "Black Sails". before this.

Very clasterphobic movie. The setting alone fills you with genuine fear, and the effects are really good. While this film isn't a masterpiece because of all the shakycam, this movie is still worth checking out for found footage goers.
