Was sceptical after reading "found footage" movie. Thoughts of those annoyingly shaky "Blair Witch" shots were quickly assauged when "The Tunnel" started rolling. It really drew me in so that I was tense and anxious when they tried to escape from whatever the hell was down there. Well done.

This unremarkable found-footage effort does manage to inspire claustrophobic feelings in a few brief tunnel scenes. However, it takes too long to get there; it’s never very imaginative nor particularly scary, and even at a mere 94 minutes it seems overlong.

Probably the worst movie I have ever seen in my life and I have watched many bad movies. The idea of cutting back and forth between footage and interviews gets real stale quick and hence zero tension in the movie. Terrible acting too.

This movie was pathetic. Lots of panic, hysterical reactionary actions, hyperventilating, all coupled with poor camera quality. The lady is the worst of the group with an absolutely useless demeanor and idiotic actions. I had a hard time watching the movie until the end due to how idiotic she behaved, even down to the end apparently never trained in first aid or CPR. I know 7 year old girls that have more intestinal fortitude than that character.
