Touching and infuriating, Ruby Yang's short thirty-nine minute film is a horrific look at the effects of government negligence. Though not shocking when you think of China and how the government treats there own, infuriating to think that any government in the world wouldn't immediately shut down any factor which polluted, whether it was close to a village or not. An extremely interesting watch, you can view this doc through a link on it's official website.
