I read the reviews here before buying the video to confirm how dreadful a horror movie can go.. even my local horror RPG group can do a better job with the story, narrative and imagination... other/alternative dimension horror is lacking, but with a similar budget forgoing the SFX and do this film like Dogville might be a much better take on the genre. Or least follow the evil dead metric .... to improve the narrative? For those with a tight budget please read the rotten tomato comments regarding this film before buying. However I absolutely loved this movie. It was so bad it was good. And the fact that it came out during Halloweentime was a plus. I could watch without getting truly scared, and it most definitely tickled my own creative curiousities. Would I recommend watching? I guess that depends on the experience you're looking for. It wasn't actually that scary, but I look forward to seeing it again every Halloween.
