Matt Bochenski Little White Lies It's impossible to overstate just how intimate Three Miles North of Molkom is. Though often hilarious, it is also difficult, at times excruciating, to watch. Rated: 3/5 Sep 18, 2009 Full Review Dave Calhoun Time Out It's a funny film that imbues you with an odd feeling of Zen. Rated: 4/5 Sep 18, 2009 Full Review Wendy Ide Times (UK) It's a nicely judged little film... unexpectedly heart-warming. Rated: 4/5 Sep 18, 2009 Full Review Mike Edwards What Culture Full of laughter, weirdness and raw emotion, it's a documentary that provides a real experience. Rated: 3.5/5 Mar 1, 2011 Full Review Jon Fortgang Film4 The enjoyably sarky tone conceals a sympathetic and frequently very funny documentary. Audience Member I thought the characters were such massive cliches it was a mockumentary. Then we looked it up and saw it was real. Unbelievable. Totally genuine!! Quite amusing but not for 2 hours! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Enjoyable and weird and actually very good. We get to watch some hillbillys gather in Sweden for some sort of hippie-festival. What is great is that we get all these people who takes all of these scenes sincere. It is like a clash of how people think, these people and the audience. Philosophical and sweet, thats how you define all these people and thats how these people view the world which makes for some neat social commentary about people indifference. The main guy that the film follows is an Australian footboll coach who just happened to get there without planning to do so. He and his group experiences these things like praying and singing and we get to watch and experience it to. It is funny and thoughtful. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Fantastisk doku om alternativ festival i Sverige.Følger en gruppe folk gjennom en uke,de er gode, dumme,følsomme, patetiske, rett og slett herlig menneskelige. Her går det unna i alt innen New Age stuff, fra Tree hugging til Tantrisk sex og masse annet moro. Ett must denne! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member It really needed a sharper focus. In essence it needed Louis Thereaux. The humour was there but it outstayed its welcome. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I've got some time for, and some experience of new age types (no matter how much nonsense you may think they spout, they're pretty harmless and as seen here, often open and honest), so I was open to enjoying this and enjoyable it was. Shame about the bit where the older lady gets knocked down, that was a bit off to say the least. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This was boring and not funny in the least. I found the characters extremely annoying and full of self-importance(even though they were real people) and also difficult to connect to. I would never go to this sort of thing and this film convinved me that this is the right thing to do. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
