Audience Member The acting was fine, the story was awful. It was supposed to be a comedy but it wasn't funny. A lot of bad behavior with no consequences. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member A Gay teaches three husbands how to appreciate their wives. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member The production values in the movie are awful and it looks and sounds more like a 1930s movie than one from 1951, but it has a certain charm and some witty moments. Eve Arden stands out as Lucille McCabe. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Once you get past the absurd premise ("hard-partying English playboy" goes to heaven and is granted his wish of playing a practical joke on three pairs of friends he left behind), this is kind of a cute movie, and Emlyn Williams (as the playboy, in a trio of flashbacks--in fact, he's really the main character and should have had higher billing) plays a likable character for a change (even rarer, he sings, dances, and speaks French). The last vignette with Eve Arden is the best. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
