Pretty low budget and it lacked the beginning that really grips a viewer to keep watching. I found that I was back on the computer within the first ten minutes. The ultimate goal I think was to bring light to the racist laws in the USA but the side stories were cliche and didn't do the Latino community justice....in fact I think it did the opposite
