Real life story hits you with elation and sense of awe for Rose and her journey to becoming a UFC world champion. I loved the commentary and personality of her boyfriend and MMA partner Pat Barry who in the earliest days knew her career would need all his devotion.

Get ready for a lot of emotions. "Thug Rose" evocatively captures the life of a fighter - the "struggle" with oneself, hard work, commitment and never give up attitude on and off the ring. Music is beautifully incorporated into the action. I loved it!

This film exposed a way different perspective of Rose than I had ever known about. Sure I have seen a couple of her fights, but it was such a treat to take a deeper dive into her mindset, routine, and really relatable fears of her preparedness to step into the ring. The film has a really nice blend of emotions and excitement and I experienced a new level of appreciation for what it takes to not only win the big fight, but the keep winning with physical and mental battles never stopping. More Rose content please!
