CodyZamboni Z Impressive set design and models, All undone by a plodding pace, Repetitive action, A wrongheaded comedic approach, And overall boring plot Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/28/24 Full Review Louie W It's got it's moments and exciting moments but there are quite a few problems with it. All round it's a fine film if you are interested in the Thunderbirds films Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Despite the negative attention this film receives, I cannot find it in my heart to condone it, when I take into account its circumstances. Considering that it is the final time we see International Rescue as puppets (save for CITV's anniversary celebrations in the 90's), I find it a more fitting Thunderbirds instalment compared to the 2004 film and the final TV series episode, 'Give Or Take A Million'. For all its faults, I consider the film a fitting end to the original Thunderbirds series. With orchestral music, well-detailed puppets and models and a high-stakes mission that marks the closest moment International Rescue came to its secrets being compromised, this film ends the franchise the way it was always meant to be; not with a bland and formulaic Christmas story or with a ridiculously over-the-top excuse for a live action remake, but with a proper International Rescue assignment, with impossible rescues and the combined use of technology and intellect to save the innocent. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member really like this puppet movie, im a great fan of the show. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A fantastic follow up to the classic thunderbirds are go, not as good as the first film, it was a classic thunderbirds story and the last to be made in supermarionation, all I can say it a true family classic and I wish they would make thunderbirds like this now Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member A tremendously vast improvement over the first film. It's a good story with built in tension for an explosive ending. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
