Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com Tin and Tina is a satisfying drama about motherhood more than a psychological thriller about ultra-religious twins. Rated: 3.5/5 Jul 8, 2024 Full Review Juan Pablo Russo EscribiendoCine Tin & Tina stands out as a truly singular and innovative feature debut in Spanish cinema. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 8/10 Jun 20, 2023 Full Review Barbara Shulgasser Common Sense Media The movie wanders aimlessly toward its horror conclusion, taking far too long to get to the doom that all kinds of foreshadowing promises. Jun 6, 2023 Full Review John Serba Decider There’s some serious visual filmmaking happening here, but you can’t take any of this material seriously. May 30, 2023 Full Review M.N. Miller Ready Steady Cut An overwrought morbid tale of nature versus nurture. Rated: 2.5/5 May 28, 2023 Full Review Chris Joyce Movies and Munchies (YouTube) Tin & Tina creates some palpable discomfort and apprehension thanks in no small part to a religiously over-zealous story arc. All four of the leads deliver unsettling performances with behaviors and mannerisms that lead to devastating results. Rated: 3/5 May 27, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Jacob R Even though I'm usually pretty forgiving of movies especially horror movies, this movie was frustrating to watch for me and my friends when we viewed it. I really felt like I was wasting my time while viewing it as we repeatedly checked how much time was left. By the end there was no real pay off besides a somewhat predictable ending. It was pretty easy to guess several predictable plot points related to the zealot twins actions. Predictability alone doesn't make something bad, but in this case the execution was not satisfying enough to make up for it. Some say there is symbolism of motherhood, but I've seen other movies do a better job than this. Nothing in the end made it more of an enjoyable viewing. I did watch it in English, but the plot points themselves and actions of the characters were the main frustration. Ignoring obvious warning signs and generally acting like idiots. Unless you really have a thing for creepy, evil twin movies I'd pass on this one. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/01/25 Full Review Milan K This movie is probably the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s so bad that I’d rather put my face on a hot stove than watch it again. I don’t recommend this at allllll stop the obsession with religion yall chill… Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/11/25 Full Review Allison M Great movie. Though at the end, (spoilers) I guess the baby dies? I would have thought it survives since she rescued it, and the nun said she survived. That part was a bit confusing for me. (End of spoilers) Other than that, great movie. Watched on Netflix, and the subtitles were weird the entire time. That kind of ruined it for me. Not much of a horror movie, more of a phycological movie about a mother going slowly crazy. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/26/25 Full Review Audience Member Yes, I like the concept of the movie. It's clear. My theory is that bad people always do bad things and hide behind God. Simple but deep to understand. The children shown here reflect the thoughts of bad people, but in some cases, children can also be innocent. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/02/25 Full Review Cameron K If I could give it zero stars I would there was nothing “horror” about it. No back story about any of the characters. Would not recommend wasting your time. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 11/23/24 Full Review Read all reviews
