      Critics Consensus

Great visuals, but the story feels like a cut-and-paste job of other sci-fi movies.

Mark C Titan A.E. is simply one of my favorite movies. There isn't another movie like it with it's hybrid of CGI and Cell Animation. It's one of those rare gems that appears at the end of one technology and the begining of another. It's got a great soundtrack and it's a classic story of humanity struggling against all odds to survive. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/28/24 Full Review james o Childhood Favorite of mine, the animation is outdated today but I remember when this movie set the animation bar. Even the parents that would watch couldnt believe how different it was from traditional animation movies. Deserves better ratings Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/24 Full Review Aranda I wish there was at least a part two or that they make this movie today's animated tech and graphics or that they make it with real humans and boy o boy this is an extraordinary movie I remember seeing it when it first came out and I played it to this new generation and they loved it, I just wish they would have made a second part on the new AE! 😉 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/24 Full Review Cody W The combination of incredible hand drawn animation and spectacular CGI are what make TITAN A.E. a visually stunning sci-fi thriller, including out of this world performances by the cast and crew who made it possible. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Very derivative but none the less a great adventure. Sad time for special effects as well. I wish it was made just a few years earlier so it wasn’t in that early cg stage. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Mats T Very under-rated movie, the story can be a little simple sometimes but entertaining all way through.
