Audience Member Sterling Hayden is hilariously miscast as a wavy, golden haired pirate in this routine swashbuckler. The film is mainly of interest because of the very odd casting of Hayden to play a smiling, giddy privateer (ALA Errol Flynn), but the film itself is pretty forgettable.
