Ashley H The MER stands for Mobile Emergency Room. Whenever there is a big emergency in town the room, or the truck, rushes to the spot and rescues the people. They are a group of emergency doctors. Their goal is to prevent anyone from dying even in the worst cases. The emergency they were facing this time, and the personal stories behind the characters were neatly written. Plus, it was not unrealistic at all. It was as if they were filming a documentary, which just brought the whole theatre into tears.
