Yes, this film is very much more for avid fans of golf and those who adore its long and varied history, but Tommy's Honour certainly has enough heart in it to engage with those who have little time for golf.

As a golfer, I enjoyed the movie. Slow, not much action, good acting...but it IS the story of Young and Old Tom Morris....that is a great story!

This is an interesting story, with interesting characters and it makes for a good period drama. The family aspect particularly interested me. Suffice to say, if your interested in the history of golf esp. golf in Scotland and the UK, then I'd recommend it.

I enjoyed this true story about Tommy Morris senior & junior in Scotland and the mark that they left on the game as innovators of the sport plus the legacy that they left to this day.
