Rich C Pretty good film. Has some good stuff in it. Entertaining. Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 08/04/24 Full Review Rob B This is one of those rare movies that if you can manage to sit through the first half, you'll be greatly rewarded. It's literally like two entirely different movies filmed by two entirely different people. The first half is boring, poorly acted, poorly directed and completely amateurish. The second half is remarkably polished and well shot. The violence, practical effects, and gore get cranked up. There is one scene in particular that pushed the boundaries so far in disgustingness that it was only the second time in my life I almost lost my lunch because of a movie, (the first being the hair scene in Raw). And there is an honest to goodness third act that is interesting and different. I'm telling you folks, if you're a gorehound and you can hang through to the middle this film get rocking and rolling. Be prepared for violence, profanity, full nudity, and body fluid nastiness that I promise you have NEVER seen on the screen before. I 100% guarantee it. Just hang on!!! So I didnt like this movie very much but I'm sure if you like the wrong turn franchise and maybe cabin fever you might like this. My whole point of writing this review is not to talk about the movie but to MAKE IT KNOWN that this movies offical score is a fucking masterpiece. I have no idea how the filmmakers were able to find or afford such a gem and probably vastly becoming a bigger and bigger movie composer to agree to do this movie. Maybe the filmmaker(s) know them personally. Skip the movie if you think you sh oi old but DO NOT SLEEP ON THE WHOLE MUSICAL SCORE. it's on spotify. I cant spell the composer's name to save my life but it's on here in cast and crew I'm sure. You will not regret listening to it! Maybe I only was as accepting of Tonight She Comes because of just how atrocious the films I watched either side of it were, and I was overly-grateful by comparison, but irrespective of the reasoning, I still thought by the time it was all done that it was... okay.
