A troubled teenager, Tony (Jason St. Amour), can't keep his nose clean. He hangs out with other delinquent youths, drinks, does drugs and commits petty crimes to support his habit. After fighting with his mother (Marcella Santa Maria), Tony is arrested and sentenced to two years in a youth detention facility. At first, Tony is resistant to rehabilitation. But a persistent teacher (Fred Ward) shows Tony that it's never too late to change his life, preparing him for life outside of jail.
