This is the most disgusting display of child. Abuse, I have ever seen and for HBO to be prompting this up… pretending like it is some kind of virtuous thing is horrible!! These monsters need to be destroyed, these people are sick. There is no other way to look at it. Munchhausen syndrome documentary is what this is and these children need to be taken away from this vile filth

Fantastic doc that's a must-see for all! This is a set of five slice-of-life stories that will make you laugh, cry, and everything in between. So much truth, bravery, and heart went into this documentary, and I hope it's widely seen. This is the medicine our world needs right now.
