This is the most disgusting display of child. Abuse, I have ever seen and for HBO to be prompting this up… pretending like it is some kind of virtuous thing is horrible!! These monsters need to be destroyed, these people are sick. There is no other way to look at it. Munchhausen syndrome documentary is what this is and these children need to be taken away from this vile filth
