We do not give [Bobby Cannavale] enough credit. From drama to comedy, and in this case action, when it gets hot he's right there in it and you believe every moment. Go to Full Review

The narrative moves along at a spanking pace, and the action is staged and shot at a pretty high level. Not quite, you know, peak Peter Hyams level, but pretty good. Go to Full Review

Amazingly, very little of this is played for laughs, except of the unintentional variety. It’s a credit to Bautista’s big-lug charisma that the film goes down as easily as it does. Go to Full Review

Trap House is a well-balanced movie that occasionally struggles to get its tone across. By balancing so many elements, not all are given the attention they deserve. Go to Full Review

Dave Bautista is dependably solid in the film, but it’s in service of a role and storyline that never feels worth investing in. Go to Full Review

This unique spin on action thrillers that focuses on the teenaged children of DEA agents has a spirited energy and hits home as an unexpected drama. Go to Full Review

patti f Nov 17 movie was good, had alot of action and storyline kept your attention. See more Thomas B Nov 16 Action packed. Grrat characters . See more Mirza M @mirzabaig890 10h 'Trap House' is a harmless, action-packed thriller that may work as a pleasant surprise for anyone looking for a low-rent genre picture. See more Kenneth R @MovieK 2d I like how unique the storyline is. The focus on the teenagers is what builds it to be different in a very interesting way. I would personally watch a sequel to this just to see how they would build on it. See more Cavanşir G @drgadimov 4d Nice to see Bautista in another tough-guy-with-feelings role. Loved the action scenes and how it shows DEA agents’ real family struggles (grieving wife, distant son, partner’s family in money trouble). Second half turns into cool teen-revenge heist against the cartel using their parents’ tricks, gave it a fresh spin and some heart. Only real issue is the cartel itself is super familiar and nothing special. Action is good but could use a bit more. Fun, entertaining, easy 7/10 and rewatchable for Bautista fans. See more ARNEZ C. @Arnythechief 5d I feel like Dave never makes a bad movie and this is pretty awesome alot going on to keep interest I think the sequel will expand a bit more of the world I look forward to it!
