don s Production values are poor in this supernatural horror movie - from scenes that are so dark they are completely washed out to beads of water on the camera lens while filming the "exciting" surf scenes to scenes that shake so much it is nearly nauseating due to the handheld camera. The story is credible enough, though not enough time is given to the backstory. The effects are fair and the acting is not terrible. Michelle Borth is someone I'd really like and follow if she worked more. Still, not worth your time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Had it had a bigger budget, this movie could have been dope. But I respect the low-budget hustle. Po' lil Lucky, tho. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member For a low-budget film, this one is good. But overall, not quite anything special. The acting was decent, some actors actually being good and some bad. The story was realistic and it was impressive that there didn't have to be any gore to be scary. Worth a watch in my opinion. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member This was actually a pretty good little low-budget horror movie similar to HILLS HAVE EYES. A group of people take off for a deserted area of Mexico to surf, which is a big mistake! Pretty creepy, the acting is pretty good, and whilst we have the usual people doing stupid things stuff, you actually like the characters and there's an Okay flashback explanation for what's going on. The gore is minimal and there's nudity. You could do worse for 1:22. Caught this on Netflix instant watch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Decent zombie movie under the voodoo/demonic category. They're fast. They're hungry, and they're ugly. Better of the low budget horror out there, but most of the characters are irritating. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Very boring, action takes too long to take place.
