Audience Member This is another of the Son's of Hercules movies. Just how many son's did Hercules Have? And did he ever get married, because every movie I seen him in he just road off in the sunset with his latest rescue wench. Anyway I count 9, there was Maciste, Hercules, Ursus, Goliath, Glaucus, Anthar, Perseus, Prince Nippur, and Mars. In any movie does any of the son's reference there brother, meaning do any of them know each other, and don't you think that at least in one movie they would have gotten together and kicked some butt. Anyway this movie has Maciste in it, played by Kirk Morris, who is a pretty young in life during this movie. Maciste is s out to conquer a Evil Queen who kidnaps young girls and hands them over to the Yuri Men. After seeing the Yuri men who stand about 9 feet tall I can see why they women never come back. Well Maciste is out running around the country side when he runs in to his newest beautiful women Antea played by our beautiful Italian Leading lady Cathia Caro. When Maciste brings this beautiful women back to his people he is asked why he brought this one back, and he says " I have seen something in this woman?s eyes That I have never seen before. Of course Maciste puts his trust in a Silk Merchant who gives Maciste up for 100 pieces of silver (a hefty price back in the day). Of course the evil queen captures Maciste and put him under a spell, but only after trying to pull him apart between two chariots (Why do they always try to pull people apart in Hercules Movies). In the end Maciste gets the girl, kills a lion, Fights and kills a Yuri man, and kills the evil Queen. And rides off in to the sunset just like daddy did with his beautiful lady. My copy came from the Mill creek Warriors 50 pack, It was the Embassy Edition, It was pretty washed out, as it is list as a color movie, my was a brown & white movie. It was the worst Sword and Sandal movie I have seen, its worth the standard 3 stars give to most of the other Son Of Hercules movies.
