What can one say about Tropic Thunder... it is often regarded as one of the best comedic films of the 21st century, and I can't say it's not. It is still an enjoyable watch, good for a few chuckles at least; it's definitely one of the best of the 21st century, but that's a weak field. If for nothing else, to show what comedies used to be like... before the dark times came.
