Scott Marks San Diego Reader Writer-director Theresa Rebeck has nothing to offer this masterly cast but a paycheck for their participation in her lightweight dysfunctional-siblings family feud. Rated: 1/5 Oct 12, 2018 Full Review Rex Reed Observer Movies that have no reason to exist seem to be opening on a weekly basis. On its way to home video, Trouble, I'm sorry to say, is one of them. Rated: 2/4 Oct 8, 2018 Full Review Tricia Olszewski TheWrap Rambles amiably toward its unsurprising conclusion with some bits of humor. Oct 4, 2018 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue The constant bickering becomes tedious pretty quickly, and the screenplay isn't dramatically compelling enough to fill the gaps. Nov 2, 2018 Full Review Mark Dujsik Mark Reviews Movies [T]he established tone and comedic approach of the earlier sections don't match what the movie ultimately tries to do. Rated: 2.5/4 Oct 12, 2018 Full Review Jamie Broadnax Black Girl Nerds With heavyweights like Huston and Pullman going at it scene-by-scene, you're drawn to their presence on camera and they give the movie some seasoning.
