The topic is important, and holds significance for so many people. The documentary follows the 'investigators', but it feels like a lot of the interviews are somehow not as 'real' or revealing as they might have been if it weren't for the documentary cameras recording them. Although there's no real feeling of attachment to or warmth towards the team, what they say, and how they interact with convicts is emotional and real
