Audience Member This could have been an interesting study of a couple's crumbling relationship, and how they mishandle being stranded together. Basically, an American couple go to France (only she is bi-lingual) and after getting stranded in the woods, meet a pot-head who would like to have an affair. A temporary triangle is formed. The characters show the audience some of their problems, but never show each other nor do they really deal with their problems - they just push each others emotional buttons instead. That's supposed to be quality cinema. This film comes off like a film school project - if it were it would deserve: C+ for script, B for director and editor, A- for actors and cinematography, and B- for a final grade. As is usual, I suspect the story was much better. In short, several scenes don't work and should have been rewritten or re-shot. Oh, and the movie poster of a leather clad Asian is a different movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member I was hoping for a 'good bad movie' and it didn't deliver. It isn't scary or funny or sexy. It is just dull.
