Audience Member Disney Channels take on its parent company's movie Santa Clause sadly misses the mark. though comparison between the two should be prevented, the weak narrative, subpar dialogue, and surface level characters makes ver hard to n to wish that you were watching Santa Clause instead. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member A Christmas movie that I was able to get all the way through! Not great, but not terrible. The storyline is somewhat enjoyable, and it is always fun to see Bryan Cranston before he became Walter White. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Cranston is the reason this rating Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Bryan Cranston is hilarious. Another great movie from my childhood! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston took a part of Disney Channel's early times in this creative, but somewhat sort-of poorly-written holiday flick that was picking out small presents that contained rehashed elements from a couple of Christmas classics than trying to be more Christmassy heartening and balanced with the creativity. Lynne Heffley Los Angeles Times If you have children who believe in Christmas magic, steer them away from "'Twas the Night," the Disney Channel's cartoonish, Santa-bashing nod to the holidays. Sep 17, 2019 Full Review Laura Fries Variety Apparently if you slap on a few colored lights and tack on a schmaltzy feel-good ending, you can call just about anything a Christmas movie. Nov 6, 2018 Full Review Tracey Petherick Common Sense Media Made-for-TV Christmas caper is formulaic, unthreatening fun. Rated: 3/5 Nov 13, 2020 Full Review Terry Kelleher People Magazine [Bryan] Cranston's game plan is to loot up-scale homes on Christmas Eve, and he's impudently funny before learning the obligatory lesson.
