His latest film and fourth feature, Uncertain Terms, is perhaps Silver's most mature depiction of imperfect love to date. Go to Full Review

At a mere 71 minutes, this naturalistic snapshot set at a bucolic residence for pregnant girls feels like it needed more gestation before cameras rolled. Go to Full Review

I'm pretty tired of seeing, especially in indie films, "nice guys" with reasonable explanations for doing abusive, criminal things to women. Go to Full Review

Silver may have made a habit of documenting characters with shaky futures ahead, but judging by his latest, he knows where he's going, even if it's thrillingly uncharted territory. Go to Full Review

Kudos to Silver for taking big risks, and for the most part making them work. Go to Full Review

04/26/2016 Very realistic depiction of teenage love with pregnant ones, I think. I can't say know anything about this but it seems outrageous, whimsical and real. The man of the story seems to have taken to the crazy bitches states of mind though. Not romantic much. See more 06/22/2015 Let me first say that I don't see movies like this... I love indies, but I don't like anything that is in this kind of subject matter. However, this movie is Different and Amazing. Uncertain Terms is one of the best movies of the year: You will Not Find better acting, story and direction. I had to google the Director Nathan Silver, because this guy is The Best Director that's out there no one knows. UT has a great little story and you really feel for these characters because They Are Real. Robbie (the lead guy) and his Mom, are some of the best performances I've seen. The girls are all girls you knew growing up that unfortunately got pregnant. This is a great story of redemption, courage and it's even got some lighthearted moments. I can only imagine what pregnant teens go through, and while that doesn't interest me, This Movie's Story Does. Great pacing, editing, music and this movie Will Launch several stars and the Directors And Producers into bigger projects. LOOK AT THE AUDIENCE SCORE BEFORE THE CRITICS-- PEOPLE LOVE THIS MOVIE. You don't achieve 90% on here for a movie no one likes. I'm not sure where this movie is playing, but get to a theater or festival ASAP. You will not regret it. Trust Me!
