Unexpected treasures is a refreshing, nostalgic feel good movie that the whole family can enjoy It was shot beautifully and showcased the Cali desert so well. Highly recommend this film!!

Loved this movie!! Obviously a limited budget, but it was a lot of fun, great music, interesting story. Watched it with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. Order take-out, plop onto the couch, and watch!!

My son and I enjoyed this movie. We liked the regional setting and character quirks. It was a fun flick, and we hope there’s a sequel. Way to present interesting characters and ideas with a friendly alien and happy ending!

Unexpected Treasures was sweet and entertaining, a totally enjoyable 90 minutes! The characters are all likable, I loved the romance, the action, the alien backstory- the plot really moves and I the ending is so satisfying. I’m partial to the desert but Joshua Tree felt like a perfect setting, and the score and music are so good. Also Rosie and Polly as themselves was too cute! Definitely recommend.

Quirky and fun! Men in Black, historical UFO locations and a charming alien on the run with the help of his friends. It was surely created by an inside observer to the collection of unique and interesting “people” that the UFO community brings together. It would be fun to see where a sequel would go.
