Sam D Beautifully shot throughout the other-worldly desert landscape of Joshua Tree, California, this heartfelt and imaginative story about connection and belonging comes to life with vibrancy, relatability and a dash of campiness that had me engaged from the very first scene! From the gorgeous cinematography to the hilarious and lovable performances of the entire cast, this touching, creative film is simply a fun watch that was clearly created from a place of passion, and you can feel the care that went into every shot. A perfect weekend-watch movie that will leave you thinking about the importance of accepting imperfect family and friendships, and what it means to find home—even in the strangest places.
