The first story was very slow and it could have been initiated the movie in a totally different manner if it was made more expressive and short. See more 01/18/2008 This film was so disjointed and uneven. The first half was about one character, which left little time to develop the other two women. Their stories could have been left out entirely as the teenager was engaging and her big brother was superb as wanting to protect her. I have seen several Iranian films, but I do not think this particular movie would have been good even if I had known more about the culture.
