Katie Walsh Los Angeles Times Works because of the collective commitment to the magical realism on-screen. Chatwin and Howey are the most valuable players, giving truly inspired physical performances. Aug 24, 2017 Full Review Frank Scheck The Hollywood Reporter Although it never quite lives up to the satirical possibilities of its high-concept premise, Unleashed delivers some mildly enjoyable laughs thanks to its engaging female lead and the exuberantly physical performances of her co-stars. Aug 23, 2017 Full Review Chris Packham Village Voice An inoffensive Hallmark card of an indie comedy, as indifferently intended by the sender as it is regarded by the recipient. Aug 23, 2017 Full Review Louisa Moore Screen Zealots The delightfully offbeat premise is without question the film's greatest strength. Too bad it's destined to spend most of its short shelf life touring the small-scale film festival circuit. Rated: 2/5 Dec 20, 2018 Full Review Lea Palmieri Decider ... completely and utterly ridiculous, reaching a new level of silly that it proudly owns. Jan 31, 2018 Full Review Barbara Shulgasser Common Sense Media Sweet romantic comedy-fantasy has some language, sex. Rated: 3/5 Jan 24, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Funniest movie I've seen in a long time. Laugh out loud funny! The guy that played the cat was amazing. The guy that played the dog was awesome too. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Justin Chatwin and Steve Howey succeed in their dynamic rolls and capture the spirit of a confident cat and companionable canine. In this heartwarming rom-com about pets turned bedroom babes, many life lessons are learned including love your pets, love yourself, learn to love again. Now pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the show! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I watched the movie on boxxy software! I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and think all pet lovers will as well. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member I hope Kate has gone and gotten this type of comedy out of her system......I mean, I was rutting for Emma right away, after her BF pulled that shit.( Let this be a lesson to us all, to properly secure important files and apps we've made.) I can't get into some of my fucking e-mail accounts, how did that guy steal her app with such ease?.....So, if you're new, spoiler alert and course language on the way bitches!!!! WhhHHhEEeEee....... I'm a pet owner, I have a cat. She's a little bitch but anyway. When making a move somewhere, like S.F, maybe wait till you get there, before deciding to adopt pets Emma? ...... So, her fucking pets turn into a couple of the guys from Shameless and one of the hobbits from LOTR is around to help her find her pet people (they ran away because he's irresponsible).......Frodo gets his finger bitten off and I imagine things work out between Samwise Gamgee and Emma.....I don't know. I haven't finished the movie yet.....It's not that great..... Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member This was funny, smart and engaging. We laughed and appreciated the witty nature of this film Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member A fun movie that takes an interesting premise for a romantic comedy and turns into an enjoyable story. It doesn't follow the tired formula of boy meets girl, girl gets naked, boy and girl break up, tears are shed, boy and girl get back together. that Hollywood churns out by the dozen. Well acted without being over the top. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews
