Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/22/23 Full Review Cindy W Enjoyed every minute of this movie! It's a light hearted, fun adventure with an overall good message. Don't let the pro-life anti-compassionate brainwashed folks influence against watching! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/20/23 Full Review RJ T Unpregnant is the most realistic portrayal of the emotional, social and familial struggles, tensions and anxieties that an unplanned pregnancy for a young (or any age) woman faces in today's divided American society. The writing, directing and acting were well brilliantly crafted. The message is on point for the current state of our divided in US society regarding the fundamental right of any female of child bearing age to control her body 100%. This is a brilliant and heart warming film that should be seen by all, especially by those who still believe that governments should have any say whatsoever in our health care choices. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/08/23 Full Review Kristian I love this movie, its so fun to watch and the character's are very good. there's drama, comedy and much more. Kyndall Cunningham Bitch Media Unpregnant still manages to accomplish a lot with its funny and affecting script bolstered by two formidable performances by Richardson and Ferriera. But it also illustrates why diversity in the abortion film genre is so urgent. Mar 16, 2021 Full Review Christy Lemire FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) It manages to be light and playful, but also smart and pointed. Sep 15, 2020 Full Review Stephanie Zacharek TIME Magazine What follows is part road-trip comedy, part meditation on the trials of friendship. One segment even has the unhinged vibe of a John Waters farce. Sep 14, 2020 Full Review Brett Doze InSession Film Haley Lu Richardson and Barbie Ferreira make an excellent team in this buddy film, which tackles the topic of abortion in a way that touches on the intricacies of choice while also making the process seem less daunting than other films. May 2, 2023 Full Review Michele Meek Ms. Magazine "Unpregnant" breaks new ground by bringing the subject of abortion to the foreground of a teen-centered PG-13 comedy. Of course, abortion itself is not the laughing matter; rather, it’s the absurdity of the journey the girls must make to obtain one. Feb 22, 2023 Full Review Zoë Rose Bryant Loud and Clear Reviews Unpregnant tackles touchy topics with a buoyant balance of hilarity and heart, handled honorably by its two laudable leading ladies.
