Rene is a great person, the documentary is nothing special, It follows a person around with "Up" Syndrome, You don't need a documentary for this. People know these people, they are great individuals and just the same as everyone else.

Rene is awesome! As anyone who know someone special, "Up Syndrome" is a great title. Not just for the move, but fir the affliction.
Rene Moreno that it really isn't hard to live and love life.
The director does a great job in showing us the way in which he loves and connects with Rene.
I love these people, including the director and cameraman fir the obvious slice of life that so many if us forget. Kudos all around and Thank You for sharing it with the rest of us!!!

By the title of this documentary I could guess that this would be a positive take on Down Syndrome. It was a fun and playful movie, but there were some subtle moments though that could almost make this feel offensive. I like the attitude of the film, but if you're expecting it to go anywhere you'll be mistaken. It's simply a home video camera glimpse at a year in the life of someone with Down Syndrome. Rene Moreno seems to be quite an adventurous and camera-friendly guy though. You may like it.
