Audience Member While the movie/show/concert deals with 4 divergent subjects, I am most interested with the first part, which deals with the idealistic roots of the Esperanto movement. Rare footage shows how idealists in every European country sought to compromise and learn from eachother through the international langauge Esperanto, a linguistic cross between English and French, but many times easier than both. I recommend participation for this part alone. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member A performance piece with a live narrator/original music/still pictures/film clips presentation that explores the various human movements to achieve the perfect society. It delves into the communal movements, Marxism, World Fair visions of the future, Esperanto, consumerism and on and on. I found it too much like a poetic college lecture that had me drifting off into Neverland. It probably didn't help that most of this was just repetition to me without any new insight or revelations.
