When it’s all put together it may not be the most innovative or groundbreaking concoction. But there’s enough action, cool period production design, and good character work to make this a pretty entertaining stew.

One of the only good zombie movies I’ve encountered with a period piece gimmick attached to it. There are a lot of dumb reviews on RT, either written by AI or by some moron saying “if i cooda gafe it zero starrs i wood!” but when you see someone call this movie fun, you know they meant it.

It was a fun take on the zombie genre. Acting was good, storyline was pretty linear. Simple, clean storytelling that provided an easy watch for me and my son. We both enjoyed it. A few tiny surprises that kept it fresh enough. It isn't going to blow your mind but it's creative and worth a watch.
