The veteran detectives renowned for always getting their man are back in action! Detective Seo Do-cheol (HWANG Jung-min) and his Major Crime Investigation Division tirelessly track down criminals day and night, often at the expense of their personal lives. When the murder of a professor reveals links to past cases, suspicions of a serial killer arise, plunging the country into turmoil. Haven't watched the previous movie, so missed out on a few references in the beginning. Story wasn't captivating and quite surface level, even by my mom's standard. We saw the plot twist coming from a mile away. It was good enough for us to finish the movie, but bad enough for us to want it to end as soon as possible. If you are out of good, high-quality movies to watch, I recommend this one to kill some time until you find something new
