Things pick up slightly in the last half an hour, but ultimately lead to a flat conclusion that does very little to leave a lasting impression. Go to Full Review

It provides yet another reason to appreciate Forster's skills as an actor, always ready to commit to anything the script offers him. Go to Full Review

07/08/2019 dark comedy with great acting all around See more 09/12/2018 With Robert Forster in the film I would like to see it.He is terrific. See more 01/08/2017 This is an 80s movie that is not good. It has a weak cliched story and a terrible soundtrack (think 70s porno music). decent performance by Robert Forster, but not much else. See more 10/27/2012 Robert Forster solid again as a cab driver giving a hiding place to an ungrateful woman needing refuge from the thugs she tried to kill for revenge. Joe Spinell is one of the greatest typecast slimeballs ever. See more 03/29/2011 Ever since I have gotten a hold of the Jackie Brown DVD w/ the 2nd disc featuring a slew trailers of Robert Forster movies I have made mental notes of some of his movies that I have always wanted to see. Walking the Edge was a long time in the coming. Although not a complete box office draw Forster is highly likable & is more then capable of carrying a lesser budgeted script a long way. Although he does get some help from the supporting cast in the likes of Joe Spinell & his interaction w/ Nancy Kwan is subtly charming Forster can carrying the entire weight of this film on his back. Actually quite good Walking the Edge should be heard of a little more in the 80s echelon's of film. Surprisingly it's quite enjoyable & even merits repeat viewings See more 08/01/2009 Robert Forster solid again as a cab driver giving a hiding place to an ungrateful woman needing refuge from the thugs she tried to kill for revenge.
