Synopsis
Documentary filmmaker David Adkin offers a look into the lives of 11 openly gay and lesbian comedians through their performances at Canada's first worldwide gay and lesbian comedy festival in Toronto. Their diverse routines feature their varied experiences, such as comedian Elvira Kurt's relationship with her Hungarian mother, which is accompanied by an interview detailing her difficult coming out. The comedy routines are also accompanied by interviews and backstage clips.
