Audience Member A powerful and eye-opening documentary that exposes how consuming animal products is directly linked to devastating health issues like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, and is also promoted by industries that prioritize profit over public well-being. For anyone serious about their health and ending the horrifying cruelty to animals, this is a must-watch that leaves no doubt: go vegan. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/29/24 Full Review Katina K Sooo good research! I didn't expect to see so many interesting scientific researches and conclusions based on historical events and unadulterated facts. Everything they said is the same thing I see around me and what I also feel for myself. It's so simple - eat plants and you will thrive. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/26/24 Full Review Miriam Y An accessible and easy to understand exposure of the lies we are told by the medical and health agencies about what constitutes a healthy diet. The film proposes the healthiest and most natural diet for hyman beings is plant based and whole foods. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/28/24 Full Review Louise C A rather biased documentary. Comparison of eating one egg daily being equivalent to smoking five cigarettes a day, is an example of this. It does have a valid point to make about what we eat connecting directly with our health. Segments of the film were so disgusting (when reporting on hog farming) that I had to fast forward some parts. The movie is American based, with some factory farming so extreme, I'm sure my native New Zealand could never be that bad, due to our laws that protect animals. Still worth watching, to heighten awareness of the value of a plant-based eating regime. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/24 Full Review TJ S This film is a biased, opinion based project that uses cherry picked data to scare people into going Vegan. Yes, there's data that suggest a vegan diet is beneficial, however there are also studies and data that suggest how a balanced omnivore diet is better. If you're going to make a movie about health, show all aspects and not just one side. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/24 Full Review Valdemar U Dangerous lies, that will only lead to damaging peoples health. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews
