Probably the best film of its sort since The Wizard of Oz. It is everything that family movies usually claim to be, but aren't: Delightful, funny, scary, exciting, and, most of all, a genuine work of imagination.

Willy Wonka is memory etched in my brain that will forever burn bright! It is a passage way back to my childhood and my youth. I adore Gene Wilder and no matter how many times I watch I get such a kick out of the supporting cast. Like Im seeing it for the first time again!
