It all amounts to a fast paced documentary that relies on the words of the people who were there to explain this time period rather than scholars or pundits. If you are interested in understanding the current war in Ukraine this film is a good primer for knowledge.

Absolute bravery and solidarity by Ukraine people who want freedom, heart breaking and devastating at the same time. Ukraine the brave. This is a must see and is utterly compelling in the light of Russia's recent Feb 22 Ukraine invasion. Putin's unending need for control and revenge at all costs is obvious and blatant for the world to see. My heart is with Ukraine.
