Young couple buys old mansion in the Chestnut Hill area of Salem which is situated on the crypt of a 17th century warlock who is unleashed by the plumber. Part eight lowers the bar for the series in a standalone plot as warlock attorney Will Spanner does not even make an appearance. Filmed in only 10 days.

This movie never had a DVD release so I had to pay way too much for a VHS copy. It's bad but enjoyable. You should maybe have a few drinks and some friends over to fully enjoy this.

A couple moves into a house in Salem that becomes haunted by the ghost of a man killed there 300 years earlier when his basement crypt is disturbed by the neighbour. No Will Spanner or any connections to previous entries. Neighbour Gayle gets my vote for worst character in the series. A sloppy early food-based sex scene will make you think twice about visiting the refrigerator during this film.
