      David T If I hadn't just watched 616 Wilford Lane, I probably would have given this just one star. But the whole "family of three moves into the seemingly perfect house and suddenly strange things start happening" setup can get even worse. Which will be surprising to many who have seen this, I'm sure. I will say that Erin Moriarty delivers a solid performance and at least keeps you interested. But otherwise the movie was a disappointment- far too predictable and unrealistic. Just ridiculous.
