StephenPaul C LOL, the funniest 01 hour: and 24 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In memory of Gilda Radner (1946-89) and Gene Wilder (1933-2016) who were married before they died separately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/12/23 Full Review john m One of the years best sexual farce and amusing comedy. The infatuation on screen by Wilder is perfect as the everyman. I have been amused at the change in attitudes toward this movie from 2005. Now it is not as well liked. Some movies stand the bridge of time, sadly this hasn't. September 28, 2005 | Rating: 3/5 | Full Review… Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A middle aged man, played by Gene Wilder, becomes obsessed with a beautiful woman he happens to see, played by Kelly LeBrock and plots different ways to try to meet and date her despite having a wife and kids at home. Sounds like a terrible guy, but I'd do the same thing if Kelly LeBrock in her prime passed by me. This is a pretty fun film, which also features Gilda Radner and Charles Grodin in funny supporting roles. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Not good and not funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member It's a sign that you're growing older when you think that a sex farce needs more farce and less sex—that is to say, more Gilda Radner and less Kelly LeBrock. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Such a Classic Score you will never find again. That time period, the fashion, the plot, and performance from Wilder are just so godly. The looks of the 80´s Bombshell are blazing til today. Youngsters watch and learn! Shelly is a freak too. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Jay Scott Globe and Mail A comedy that is much less painful than a walk in the summer heat, but not quite as pleasant as a swim in a cool pool. Dec 7, 2022 Full Review Richard Schickel TIME Magazine Writer-Director Wilder has fashioned an ironic, worldly, yet sternly moral comedy that gives an energizing twist to every farcical convention and finds the perfect timing for every rubber-faced reaction to calamity. Mar 23, 2015 Full Review Dave Kehr Chicago Reader The project as a whole is a lot less mawkish than we've come to expect from Wilder's directorial efforts. Still, it ain't exactly state of the art. Mar 23, 2015 Full Review Matt Brunson Film Frenzy A tepid comedy of errors. Rated: 2/4 Sep 18, 2021 Full Review Sue Heal Radio Times Wilder is at his frantic best, ably supported by the likes of real-life wife Gilda Radner and Midnight Run's Charles Grodin. Rated: 3/5 Mar 23, 2015 Full Review Ralph Novak People Magazine The film drones on through all the clichs of infidelity to a resolution that isn't emotionally, morally or comedically satisfying.
