Audience Member Enjoyed this very much. It has a lot to say about Russian society today. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is a mixture of drama, thriller any surreality. As plot developed, I started to feel discussed and bored, and yet something happened again that "woke my up", was it unsteady and crazy camera work or those unforgettable images or Real Russia?! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Quite something!!! This Arthouse film is questioning people social behavior ( in this case russian, but could be perfectly any), its capability of individuality, its capability of community, placing the human being's soul at the centre of identity quest. It is painful. Among other qualities, the strongest point is an amazing script, written by Yuri Arabov (Sokurov's scriptwriter) Cinematography, acting and sound are additional delights to perception (at least mine) +info http://www.eyeforfilm.co.uk/reviews.php?film_id=15068 http://russianprofile.ru/page.php?pageid=Book+Reviews&articleid=a1224507504 Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Read all reviews
