The horror aspects of it are actually okay for their time and it does give Lugosi a good role where he typically brings his all. The rest of it could be considered worthless at best and racist and offensive at worst (if anyone were to take a movie called Zombies on Broadway seriously). Lugosi does a good job but doesn't get enough screen time. The zombies are also a toss up depending on your tastes. Not amazing but funny and harmless.
