It's Zed's and Addison's final year at Seabrook, and things are better than ever. The town has finally accepted monsters as a part of Seabrook and has become a safe haven for monsters and humans alike. Zed is on the cusp of receiving a football scholarship and becoming the first Zombie to ever attend college (and he's excited to join Addison, who has already been admitted). Addison is excited to mark the opening of the town's brand new "cheer pavilion" by inviting cheer teams from all over the world to compete in an "international cheer-off." However, the town is shocked by the arrival of a new group of intergalactic outsiders -- aliens, who show up to compete in the cheer-off. Though they begrudgingly allow the aliens to stay for the competition, the monsters and humans of Seabrook grow suspicious when they discover that the aliens may be looking for more than a friendly competition.

In this threequel that was released for Disney+, the Seabrook gang prepare for their college career as aliens invade the town. I have always seen aliens as a last ditch effort of bad writing, and the first act of this movie had me really worried. The first act songs were forgettable and the acting wasn’t great even by Disney Channel standards. Once the movie got going however, things picked up. You can tell there was a little bit more money in the budget for this one. There are a few catchy songs in this movie and the aliens play a better fish out of water than the werewolves did in the previous film. They incorporated the four factions together in the end and this, I believe, is the best film in the franchise.

I watched this movie the day it came out, and would easily watch it again today. ZOMBIES 3 is my favourite out the ones released. The songs, acting, and choreography were so well done it blew me away. I didn't expect such an amazing movie series to be produced by Disney Channel. The chemisty between Meg Donnelly (Addison) and Milo Manheim (Zed) is insane. I know they're best friends, but still, they have so much chemistry with each other!
