It's Zed's and Addison's final year at Seabrook, and things are better than ever. The town has finally accepted monsters as a part of Seabrook and has become a safe haven for monsters and humans alike. Zed is on the cusp of receiving a football scholarship and becoming the first Zombie to ever attend college (and he's excited to join Addison, who has already been admitted). Addison is excited to mark the opening of the town's brand new "cheer pavilion" by inviting cheer teams from all over the world to compete in an "international cheer-off." However, the town is shocked by the arrival of a new group of intergalactic outsiders -- aliens, who show up to compete in the cheer-off. Though they begrudgingly allow the aliens to stay for the competition, the monsters and humans of Seabrook grow suspicious when they discover that the aliens may be looking for more than a friendly competition.

Brian Lowry CNN.com There's little pleasure in reporting that Zombies 3 is creatively dead on arrival, reviving the concept at least once too often. Jul 15, 2022 Full Review Lena Wilson New York Times All of the “Zombies” movies are brimming with camp delights, as though the crew watched “But I’m a Cheerleader” while dropping acid. This is particularly true for “Zombies 3.” Jul 14, 2022 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews A silly musical comedy mixed in with some serious messages. Rated: B- Aug 27, 2022 Full Review Rachel Wagner rachelsreviews.net The songs are weirdly placed and not memorable. In the end, it’s too much and not enough at the same time. Rated: 4/10 Jul 19, 2022 Full Review Jennifer Green Common Sense Media This franchise just keeps adding to the monstrous silliness with new creatures that match the others in oddity -- and also sweetness. Rated: 3/5 Jul 19, 2022 Full Review Jerrica Tisdale Tell-Tale TV It knows its audience, and that it’s a silly kid-friendly movie with lots of heart. It doesn’t try to be anything more than that but manages to remain unique, bold, fun, and exciting. Rated: 4.75/5 Jul 18, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member I had been absolutely disgusted by this movie in ways man never fathomed. This is the outcome when you put cliche tropes and foolish dance movies in a nonsensical movie where the main character remains deluded and never learns. First of all, why the aliens? You already have zombies and werewolves! And those monsters face trial and hardship within every bone in their awakening! The zombies are never fully appreciated and act like a joke while the werewolves perceive themselves to be the high school girl with curly hair who bullied you in 9th grade. Addison is a horrible girlfriend and Zed should have eaten her when he can. Let’s face it, logically that would be the best decision. Her dyed white hair seeped into her brain and has demolished her braincells by the time the second movie came out. And it’s not like the second one was good either, so why revive what was lost? Addison screams hue and cry, thinking that she is all alone in the universe and she has no title for hers to claim. But in reality she is being all but a spoiled two year old who screams when her iPad is taken away. Woe is to her! Woe is to her for not fitting in despite having a boyfriend, leadership, friends, the capability of uniting monsters and humans, and being the main character! Because as humans, we need not enough, but we desire more than what we can visualize. The director realized that there was no possible way to end such a horrible movie, so turns out, now she is an alien! The stereotype claims that aliens fancy with high intellect and critical thinking, if Addison is an alien that means there is no hope in her species. I’m surprised she’s live passed the age of two. Foolish are the ones who sing in pitchy voices to take up the majority of the movie. Foolish are them indeed. Because this movie tried to carry the theme of every belongs and to be true to yourself while being arrogant and thriving on stupidity. This is a disgrace to teens and children everywhere. I am an adolescent who has been greatly disappointed in this movie. Knowing this movie was targeted towards adolescence and children, this shows how greatly it failed to carry its name. Even the Migration movie is better than this one, and I’m not excited to see this next upcoming movie. Do better next time, hopefully you can restore your name and I won’t have to type another idiotic report on your mediocre film Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/11/25 Full Review Meredith K I'm back with my son Mason! Once we finished Zombies 2 Mason begged me to let him watch the rest. Of course I agreed! This movie was a bit dissapointing. It didn't touch me and Mason's hearts the way the others did. You're telling me, aliens land in your town and claim they want to join your cheerleading competition, and you just say yes!? The whole thing was very sus (Mason taught me that word). The love stories in this movie just fell flat. Mason is hoping the fourth movie is better. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/12/25 Full Review Aleli S I think the music lyrics were amazing I like the aliens the dance numbers are so amazing. I like the design because it is so detailed and the characters look so good the songs are catchy. My favorite character is Wyatt because he cares so much. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/01/25 Full Review Calvin O They r soon to bring Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 4. and am sure they will be vampires in it Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/10/24 Full Review Robson C Zed quer ser o primeiro zumbi a entrar em uma universidade e Addison está na preparação de uma competição mundial de cheerleaders. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/19/25 Full Review Mia S This is my least favorite movie out of the franchise. I like the storyline, but it’s a little bit boring to me. The music is not as great as one or two. This movie is okay, but not my favorite out of the franchise.
