Audience Member In this Flemish production, realy all of the most famous flemish actors and actresses make the screen! I think Jan Verheyen tried his best to do that. The story is about love and more how different people experience it in a different way. So four or more seperate stories are told with one big mutual experience and that is the coming of Sinterklaas. It's not Santa Claus but he is based on the same spirit, just with different helpers and on the 6th of december. It's pretty exciting when this seemingly lost old man stumbles into the role of the old saint, and actually saving a young girl out of the water! This young girl is the daughter of a man who's going to be fired soon... There are a lot of Flemish note's who are so funny to us, think of the scene where Sinterklaas talks about his helpers to a black guy in a talkshow! Hilarious! ANother story that is woven in very nicely is about the recently separated woman who strikes up a young jewish lad while they were attending funerals. And not to forget the fabulous gay couple of which one organised one of the funerals and who are about to get married, in church! It's all so deranged when you think of it but still this takes place in a wonderfull society of the middle class in Antwerp. Eventually it all comes nicely together! Hij mag dan wel voorspelbaar zijn en het einde is meligheid ten top,maar hij is zo grappig,lief en schattig he! En vooral ook niet te vergeten dat de cast (zonder ook maar à (C)à (C)n uitzondering) bestaat uit fantastische acteurs.
