Rated: 1.5/4 Apr 8, 2024 Full Review Emily Zemler Observer The events unfold with a deft visual and tonal style, augmented by McGregor’s spot-on performance, which shifts effortlessly between showmanship and vulnerability. Apr 2, 2024 Full Review Rohan Naahar The Indian Express A Gentleman in Moscow is about as perfect as prestige TV dramas can get — a bittersweet, life-affirming tale of triumph in the face of insurmountable odds. Sachin R The book and the series each a class on its own right. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/26/24 Full Review Audience Member A Gentleman in Moscow is a fantastic show. Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead are amazing together. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/26/24 Full Review Harrison C This series had so many endearing characters in the midst of an ongoing oppression in Russia. There were many twists which made this series very enjoyable. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 05/26/24 Full Review B C This show was good. Though, not entirely accurate. It’s worth a watch. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/24/24 Full Review Aileen A I had no expectations when I started the series, I was hooked right away and binged the entire series. I have always like Ewan MacGregor so there was no surprise with his performance. The series is well written and I just loved it - make sure to have Kleenex on hand, I found it more poignant than sad. I have already recommended it to others. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/24/24 Full Review D S I just finished Episode 4 Good Times and won't spoil anything. But suffice to say, I am not sure how much more of this I can take. It left me crying. This is by far Ewan Mcgregor's finest hour, to say nothing of a cast of others who do so well. This is the kind of show that makes you hate the world and love 'love' so much that it bursts your heart. Being old enough and educated enough to know the history of that era and the events that took place in Europe and Soviet Russia, this is an education in something new and wonderful. I could go on and on about this beautiful show but suffice to say, put down whatever you are doing and watch this delightful, sad, lovely, mourning, melancholy, and hopeful show and watch it all unfold. It might be just me, but I love it's poetry. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/24/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
